Speech delivered by Dr. F. Roger Devlin at the Spring Conference (13-14 May) in Tallinn, Estonia.

F. Roger Devlin has a PhD in philosophy with a dissertation on the prominent leftist intellectual, Alexandre Kojève. He is the author of Sexual Utopia in Power (2015), about the sexual revolution in the West, and he is the editor of Sam Francis’s posthumous magnum opus, Leviathan and its Enemies, about how the modern world is run.

NOTE: The main mic cuts out a couple of times during the speech, so you will notice a change in the audio quality. I want to thank the volunteer editor who did an excellent job with this video.
