The conversation aims at answering “the hard question” of Western decline – why aren’t we taking our own side in this fight?

The final part deals with chapters 7-9, focusing on moral idealism in the antislavery movement and the psychology of “moral communities” – including the psychology of the Left vs. the Right.

I also took this opportunity to ask what is wrong with the Right — why isn’t the Right able to create a powerful political movement? — and the guests agreed with my own conclusions.
